The Annual General Meeting of BE Group AB elected Marita Jaatinen a new member of the Board of Directors on 27 April 2010.
Marita Jaatinen has been in charge of the Consumer Goods business unit of the Finnish company Huhtamäki since 2009. Prior to joining Huhtamäki in 2007, she held senior positions in the Finnish engineering and technology companies Metso and Valmet.
Carl-Erik Ridderstråle, Roger Bergqvist, Cecilia Edström, Roger Johansson, Joakim Karlsson, Lars Olof Nilsson ja Lars Spongberg were re-elected to the board. Carl-Erik Ridderstråle was elected as Chairman.
