BE Group’s Quality policy
• BE Group shall be a trustful and reliable business partner. Our solutions and services shall meet the customers’ needs and demands. We shall fulfil these needs and demands by acting right from the start. That is how we ensure ”right quality”.
• Our personnel shall receive continuous information and training in order to be able to satisfy our customers’ needs and expectations.
• All personnel shall take part in the quality assurance work. To reach “right quality”, every member of the organisation needs to participate and cooperate.
• The quality assurance program shall be subject to continuous review and evaluation. That shall give us an opportunity to continuously improve the concept of “right quality”.
Environment
Since 1999 BE Group is certified according to the international environmental standard SS-EN ISO 14001. Environmental management is now an integrated part of our operations. This means that we from basic environmental investigations, our policy, identification and evaluation of aspects etc. set up short- and long-term goals, which are broken down into local action plans. These plans are continuously followed up, evaluated and reversed. With a systematic work with collecting facts and figures we can reach an improved way of managing our environmental work.
We have now created the foundations for development for our environmental management. The challenge for us now is to create measurable continuous improvements and a positive development within the field of environmental issues.

We shall:
• Comply with the requirements of environmental legislation as a minimum level of performance
• Reduce our consumption of energy, raw materials and supplies
• Continuously seek to improve environmental performance and reduce the negative impact on the environment. Monitor and review the progress of our environmental performance on a regular basis.
• Reduce pollution, emissions and waste
• Seek and encourage environmental improvements for investments and changes in processes and facilities
• Through continuous training keep a high level of awareness in environmental matters
• Document and communicate our environmental performance to our staff and provide objective reports to external parties
