The major goal in our company operations is customer satisfaction with metallurgical products we supply and process, and services we render meeting the required quality and completion time, fulfilling at the same time all requirements related to the protection of natural environment and natural resources. Proper understanding, implementing and retaining the Integrated Management System Policy at all levels of the company organization makes BE Group a reliable partner perceived as a trustworthy entity on the market.
In order to fulfil the expectations of Our Customers and Interested Parties we supply only top quality goods that always meet compulsory standards, being aware of our impact on natural environment.
In consideration with the abovementioned commitment and in connection with the implementation and operation of Integrated Management System in our company consistent with the provisions of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standards, we set the following goals:
- to increase the value of service sales through the process of acquiring new customers,
- to improve the quality of service and to make every effort to decrease the number of complaints,
- to involve all employees in accomplishing the set goals,
- to meet compulsory legal regulations and other requirements related to the services offered and the protection of environment,
- to enhance constantly the effectiveness of integrated management system.
We are going to accomplish those goals through:
- analysis of our customers’ satisfaction and anticipating and exceeding their expectations,
- careful selection of suppliers providing supplies of proper quality, minimizing at the same time negative impact on environment,
- providing understanding of the company goals and mission, and professional development of employees through periodical trainings,
- providing corrective and preventive actions based on customers’ opinion, own observations, analysis and monitoring – “to make the customer and not the product return to us”,
- finding solutions that our customers need – often before they notice what kind of solutions they need,
- meeting compulsory legal regulations and other requirements related to the services offered and the protection of environment,
- limiting negative impact on environment through selective waste segregation and management in compliance with binding legal regulations,
- increasing our potential through the use of advantage we have as an international company and a member of BE Group.
The policy of Integrated Management System is an integral part of our company strategy making all employees identify with the company, which provides constant and long-term success of the company as an organization and of individual employee as a link in that organization.
Particular responsibility for implementing Integrated Management System policy and accomplishing its goals and constant enhancement rests with me and the management of BE Group Sp. z o.o.
