Our owners, Nordic Capital, announced that they wished to list BE Group (the owner of BE Group Sp. z o.o.) on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by selling a majority of their shares to institutions and private investors. The Company’s debut on the Stockholm Stock Exchange took place on 24.11.2006. We are convinced that owing to our introduction to the Stockholm Stock Exchange we can reach financial flexibility and will increase our Company’s attractiveness, which will foster its further development.
Due to Stock Exchange quotations, we will obtain the possibility to participate in consolidation of the European sector of services connected with steel and aluminium industries.
