According to schedule, 28th of August we have started exploitation of plasma cutting machine, what significantly broadens our company plates preprocessing possibilities. Having this machine, apart from carbon steel flame cutting service offered for a couple of years already, we will be able to offer cutting of stainless and aluminum plates as well. Using narrow stream plasma source with high current allows to cut thick materials with high speeds and with quality comparable to laser cutting. What more, there is also flame cutting torch installed on the machine, which increases carbon steel thickness cutting range and along with flame cutting machine secures production flow and gives very short delivery times.
Our plasma cutting possibilities:
- carbon steel – max. thickness 64mm
- stainless steel – max. thickness 50mm
- aluminum – max. thickness 50mm
