BE Group’s business model takes the partnership with the customer as its starting point and is built up according to five stages. By being skilled and continuously updated on each of these stages, we are able to fulfill our mission: to improve the customer’s competitiveness.

The business model is also strongly linked to our three sales channels: production service sales, inventory sales and direct sales. A specific customer may make use of one or more of these channels, depending on its particular needs. This is how we work:
