GDPR – New Data Protection Regulation in the EU

The new EU regulation GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation, comes into force the 25th of May 2018.

The aim of the regulation is to create unified data protection rules within the EU which will ease the work for companies who operate in the EU’s inner market. The regulation strengthens individuals’ rights concerning personal integrity and therefore sets higher demands on us a company. 

Why do we need your personal data?
BE Group manages our customers’, partners’ and other stakeholders’ personal data such as name, company or invoice address, telephone number and email address. This data is stored in our data systems and serve as support in our business operations. These business operations for example include sending you a confirmation, invoice, invitation, customer magazine or other information concerning our products, services or the company. Our goal is to provide as good and professional service as possible.

How do we act in accordance with your rights?
As a registered you have several rights. You can always access your personal data and choose not to receive communication activities from BE Group.
