The members of the Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting of BE Group AB (publ) have now been appointed. The Nomination Committee shall consist of four members, who, in addition to the Chairman of the Board, shall comprise representatives of the three largest shareholders in terms of voting rights in the company as of August 31 each year.

The members of the Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting are:

Alf Svedulf, Svedulf Förvaltning AB
Johan Ahldin, own holding
Anders Rothstein, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BE Group AB

BE Group's Annual General Meeting will be held on April 22, 2027, at 4 pm in Malmö.
